Rita Melo & Rita Carrilho are the founding designers behind Blindesign, a Collective devoted to editing products, where the work of design and the principle of sustainability converge. The Blindesign line is a collection of containers based on the reuse of milk cartons. The origin of the recycled packaging varies. They are collected from various organizations and others are given to the designers as a result of a partnership they have developed with Fundação AFID, Cercizimbra, Estabelecimento Prisional de Tires.
